Champs "Salesman Sample" "Gift Certificate" Top Hat in Original Box . Black plastic hat sample that was given to a customer as a gift certificate to wrap and present as a present. The gentleman would then go into the Champs store and redeem it and pick out a hat of their choice. Original box has 'paid' stamps on it. One corner of box top is torn. See photos. Vintage condition.
